So what is the meaning of “I am enough”? Why is it so important, and how does it help to build a strong sense of worthiness in our daily life?

We all have limiting beliefs and ideas about ourselves which impact our self worth and can at times stop us from experiencing life to the fullest!
I have experienced this before, many times and these doubt, limiting beliefs can take you deep down the rabbit hole.

“I am enough” means to accept yourself whole-heartedly, flaws and all. Without self-acceptance, we struggle with our identity, our sense of self. But when you know you are enough, you can finally be at peace with all that you are, flaws, imperfections, strengths and weakness. As Brene Brown calls them “The gifts of imperfections”.

For me journaling and practicing mindfulness, a pause helps me to build on this affirmation of:I AM EMOUGH! Writing helps me notice the gremlins (limiting beliefs) as well as being mindful in my daily activities. When I notice it come up, I pause, acknowledge the limiting belief and replace it with a supporting one, reminding myself I am enough.

You are enough means that you don’t have to strive to become more worthy, more valid, more acceptable, or more loved. You already are all of those things. This brought me to a beautiful balance act: to find the I am enough feeling and truly believe it while still desiring to grow and evolve!

What does I AM ENOUGH mean to you? What does it bring up?
Stay curious and see the magic.
